Goods Damaged in Transit

In the unfortunate event that a product is damaged during transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you if you notify us within 3 working days of delivery.

  1. The product(s) has been delivered to me in the last 3 working days.
  2. The product(s) is unused and in its original packaging.

Before clicking send, please double check steps 1 and 2. Once you have sent your notification, you will be contacted by us within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). In the meantime, please place the damaged product(s) back in the box together with the original packaging.
