Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Displaysense, we will replace or refund the product price in full. Simply log in to My Account and go to your order history, then select the order you wish to return, fill in the returns form section and follow the instructions of how to return your goods. Your order must be returned to us within 28 days (20 working days) of delivery and in good condition. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. 

Damages

All damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. In order to assist you we'll need you to fill out the details on the Reporting a Damage Form to report any damages. We will require a picture of the damage, a picture of the consignment label on the box along with your order number and contact details. A member of our team will be then be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Shortages & Mispicks

All shortages/mispicks must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk to report any shortages or mispicks. Please provide a short description of your issue and a member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Faults

All faults must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. In order to assist you we'll need you to fill out the details on the Report a Faulty Item Form to report any faults.  A member of our team will then be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

To safeguard your purchase we advise that you communicate directly through the platform you have purchased from. Simply log into the platform you have purchased from and follow the guidelines suggested to you.
